Our next CAN meeting will be held next Wednesday, May 21st at 7 pm at Twin Forks Playground on Gary Street.

Our guest speaker is the Sudbury Cyclists Union. They will be talking about safe cycling in Ward 8, presenting some safe cycling tips, showing how to properly wear a helmet, discuss basic spring bike maintenance, and answer questions about cycling concerns in Greater Sudbury.

We’ll also discuss the progress of our community gardens project.

Our Greater Sudbury Police Services Community Response Officers will also be at the meeting to talk about any concerns that you may have.

Cindi Briscoe, our Community Development Coordinator, will present an update on City of Greater Sudbury projects for Ward 8.

As always, you can express any concerns that you may have and we’ll ensure that those concerns are communicated to the appropriate city department.
