In coordination with the City of Greater Sudbury’s Cleanup Day, your Ward 8 CAN is doing a general cleanup of public areas in the ward. If you care about the garbage in public places like ditches, along roads, and in playgrounds, help us to make this disappear! Meet us at Twin Forks Playground on Saturday, May 4th, 2013 at 9 am.

The City will provide vests, gloves, and garbage bags and will pick up bags left on the streets identified for cleanup. We will organize teams of volunteers to cover the “problem” areas of our ward.

Coffee and donuts will be available.
