The Donovan Elm West CAN is again doing a Keep Seniors Warm project in 2015. The project will provide $150 worth of winter necessities such as clothing, shoes, slippers, winter coats, boots, mitts and hats to seniors over 55 in need.

Registered participants will meet for lunch at the Lockerby Legion, enjoy a shopping trip to Giant Tiger, and return to the Legion for high tea.

Our Ward 8 CAN will support this wonderful project by sponsoring a senior, and hopefully providing some volunteers to help on November 12th.

We are now looking for financial donations as well as small items to help with gift bags, i.e. small toiletries, candies/chocolate, mittens/gloves/hats and any other small items.

If you can volunteer on November 12th it would be greatly appreciated.  We are also looking for donations of baking for the High Tea after the shopping before the end of the event. Call Sherri Moroso at the number in the flyer below if you can help us out!
