You are invited to the Ward 8 Community Action Network’s meeting on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at 7 p.m. at the Twin Forks Playground building (corner of Gary Street and Madison Avenue, Greater Sudbury).
Greater Sudbury Hydro will be on hand to do a short presentation explaining your hydro bill, as well as the “Energy Insights” reports some customers received over the past few months.
You can also ask any questions that you may have about our yearly Community Clean-up Day, scheduled for May 2, 2015.
The agenda includes our regular update from the Greater Sudbury Police Service, and updates on our 2015 CAN projects. Bring your ideas if there’s a project you want to see happen in Ward 8!
We also have an addition to the agenda – a brief presentation on a worthy project called Blankets for Charity.
Al Sizer, our Ward Councillor, will be there with an update on the happenings at Tom Davies Square.
As always, you can express any concerns that you may have and we’ll ensure that those concerns are communicated to the appropriate city department.
